THIS IS MY FIRST EMAIL HERE IN AUSTRALIA! Technically it's my second because I already wrote my Father because it's his birthday. But, anyway, WHERE DO I BEGIN?!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The Tripanionship of Elder Bennion, Hartman, and Hammond is unfortunately currently unavailable, but I was EXTREMELY blessed by receiving another FANTASTIC Companion Elder Escueta. He's from the Philippines and is a WONDERFUL Trainer. The people here are a little rough, but I'm getting used to it. I know I probably shouldn't say this, but, I'm going to anyway:

I WILL NEVER MOVE TO AUSTRALIA! It's beautiful, the people are nice, and I am going to give two years of my life to this great Country, but, THE CHURCH OF JESUS CHRIST IS NOT WELL ESTABLISHED HERE, and the Kingdom of God and His true wisdom and love are what I seek. The Lord has blessed my hometown of Perry, and most of the State of Utah with the spectacular gift of being surrounded by Zion. Our Mission Hymn is, "Hark, All Ye Nations". THAT IS WHAT I SEEK! A Nation that will seek the TRUTH, and right now, Australians don't think they need the Truth. I will gladly take this message of Hope and Peace to those who seek it, but we must realize the blessing that is in our every day life: WE ARE MEMBERS OF THE ONLY TRUE CHURCH OF JESUS CHRIST. I HAVE HIS POWER, and unless you received the same power the same way I did, YOU ARE A FRAUD! There are plenty of Religions here, BUT ONLY ONE IS CORRECT! Only one has the true authroity to teach and preach with the tongue of Angels, and that is ONLY US! I've been told that I don't have any Power or Authority, BUT I TESTIFY THAT JESUS IS THE CHRIST, AND THAT HE WALKS AROUND ADELAIDE EVERYDAY WITH THE BOOK OF MORMON AS HIS GREATEST WEAPON. I WILL NEVER STOP PROCLAIMING THAT MESSAGE. I'm not here to sight see, I'm not here to make friends, I'm here to love and serve my brothers and sisters. There is a huge difference between friend, and brother. SEEK OUR BROTHER JESUS CHRIST, and everything else will fall into place. I HATE TO TAKE OFF MY NAME TAG JUST TO SHOWER BECAUSE AT THAT TIME, I FEEL DISTANCED FROM OUR SAVIOR. I have never felt so close to the Spirit, and I plead with you, to always live in Harmony with the Teachings of Christ, so you may always have this gift of constant peace and as surety. That's how my emails are going to be. I'm not a tourist, and I'm not going to act like one. The Gospel is true, and I know that with all of my heart and soul. We have taught A LOT of Chinese people who have NEVER HEARD OF GOD, and I see the light flood into their eyes when I tell them that GOD IS REAL, AND THAT HE LOVES THEM. We have 4 Investigators with a Baptismal Date set for April 3rd. Shan, Thien, Peng, and Chung-Wei. I know that the true gate to Happiness is this Church, and I will continue to take that to EVERY SINGLE EAR POSSIBLE. Strive to be like Christ, and before you know it, you will become just like Him. I KNOW THAT TO BE TRUE.

Well ladies and Gentlemen, I believe that this counts as my first email!!!!! This is the first QUICK email from the MTC.

I literally only have 4 minutes so, here it is:

LIFE HERE IS ABSOLUTELY PERFECT!!!!! I saw Doug today, and it was PHENOMENAL to see him. I LOVE BEING A MISSIONARY AND I LOVE WEARING MY BADGE!!!!! I LOVE TO REPRESENT CHRIST!!!!! I've already met up with Elder's Zito and Jeppsen, plus Sister's Hammer, Hatch, and Rose. I LOVE IT HERE!!!! Hope life is great!!! LOVE ALL OF YOU!!!

P.S. I bought the black version of that Missionary Journal at the MTC store so if you haven't mailed the lime green one to me, just hold on to that, please. If you have sent it, expect it back home in a couple of days! But, please send me the page refills. LOVE AND MISS YOU WITH ALL OF MY HEART.

What does Cooee mean?

Cooee! (IPA /ku:'i:/) is a shout used in Australia, usually in the Bush, to attract attention, find missing people, or indicate one's own location. When done correctly - loudly and shrilly - a call of "cooee" can carry over a considerable distance^{[citation needed]}. The distance one's cooee call travels can be a matter of competitive pride. It is also known as a call of help, which can blend in with different natural sounds in the bush.

Before Connor left, we discussed briefly about what we were going to name is blog. Some names were tossed out here and there, but we never did decide on a name. We had talked a lot about how we could use Cooee in his blog because we thought it would be hilarious and a perfect fir for Connor. So here I am setting up this blog for my little brother.

We know that he is doing The Lord's work. He loves the MTC already and I am sure he has made plenty of friends already.

We hope you stay tuned, this is going to be one awesome adventure.

I feel like he is giving us this thumbs up and thinking..."I got this!" 

Families are Forever. We love you, Connor! These are sure to be the best two years for you.
